After 12 years, the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has now formed the an RTI Web portal www.rtionline.jk.gov.in. A telegraph report dated 11.01.2025 states that the RTI portal was launched on this date. We however, do believe that the list of public authorities onboarded is incomplete. We will monitor the compliance of this RTI web portal with Supreme Court’s Judgement dated 20.03.2023.
