After the 2 letters and appropriate action by the Nagrik Project, the Manipur government has made an RTI Web Portal, accessible at www.rtimanipur.in. While the portal is simplistic, provides no instructions for payment of the 10 rupee fees – but demands proof of payment as a compulsory field, without which it will not accept the RTI application. The Nagrik Project failed to file our test application with the state of Manipur due to this bug.
