The Govt of Nagaland, in response to the two letters and appropriate action by the Nagrik Project, has now created the Nagaland RTI Web Portal, accessible at https://services.nagaland.gov.in/ The portal only allows the user to access the application page post-registration. The registration only happens when a mobile number linked to a bank or AADHAAR is entered, and an OTP is generated for verification. However, despite several attempts, we couldn’t register and get to the filing page. In essence, the portal, as it stands today, is created but inoperational.
