Every Document Relevant to the Contempt Petition before the Supreme Court for RTI Web Portals

In August of 2024, the Nagrik Project with the help of Advocate on Record N Sai Vinod and Advocate Madhav Aggarwal, filed a contempt petition against all the States and Union Territories in India for failing to provide complete, functional and accessible RTI portals despite a Supreme Court order dated 20.03.2023 in Pravasi Legal Cell v Union of India and Ors.
